The lid swivels for cleaning with three removable screws and a rivet. Flex sold separately. Flexible 304SS and 316SS models can be used to burn most fuels. If you’re burning corn, a super-ferritic stainless steel Secure Pellet Flex should be used as an exhaust vent. An aluminum hose can be used for fresh air. A stainless steel hose is not required for the fresh air supply, unless otherwise specified by the appliance manufacturer.
